Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Applio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

• Use Applio to build resumes and related job-search materials for lawful purposes.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI features.
• Don't use the service to create misleading or fraudulent documents.

Your content

You own the content you create with Applio. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so we can provide the service (including sending text to our AI provider to generate results). You're responsible for the accuracy of what you put on your resume.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost with the limits described on our pricing page.
• Premium is billed monthly; Lifetime is a one-time payment. Prices are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If something isn't right, contact us, we offer a reasonable money-back window as described at checkout.

Service availability

We work to keep Applio available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated suggestions are aids, not guarantees of any hiring outcome.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
